Each of these individually made raku buttons is a work of art. Due to the "live" nature of raku glaze, each piece has its own unique patina. Rama has made repeatable designs, and glazes each piece individually.

This is Raku.
Raku buttons are made of pottery, then glazed and fired in a kiln, then dipped in water. This is a live art. Each piece is distinct. A limited quantity of each button is made every year. It is possible that they will be temporarily unavailable.
