"Rock" is a brand new blend of fibers, created by Southwest Trading Company. It is a unique blend of:
40% soysilk
30% Fine wool
30% hemp
The combination of plant fibers with the wool, creates a soft, durable fabric that will improve with every wash, softening and wearing well. Vickie Howell has teamed up with SWTC to create a line of colors for this yarn that are brilliant and fun.
Rock knits up on size 7 needles ( 5 stitches and 7 rows = 1 inch) It is put up in balls of 50 grams (approx 110 yards/ball) One ball of Rock yarn is $10.00. Manufacturer recommends hand wash.
